Levels of Service

Duties and Responsibilities

Every client is different and our care is tailored to the needs of the individual. The level and cost of service will be agreed with the client following an assessment and confirmed in writing. As the client’s needs change, so the level of service may change during the course of the assignment.

HOME SUPPORT

Level 1

At a basic level our carers will assist the client with the running of their household

  • ● Meal preparation
  • ● Light housework
  • ● Home administration
  • ● Shopping
  • ● Laundry
  • ● Companionship
  • ● Assisting with daily activities

Cost of Care

HOME SUPPORT & CARE

Level 2

Where a client needs a greater level of support, as well as the tasks outlined in Level 1, the carer will help with a limited level of personal care. This may include:

  • ● Assistance with washing, dressing
  •    and personal hygiene
  • ● Continence care
  • ● Medication management as prescribed by
  •    the GP or District Nurse
  • ● Help to prepare for bed

HOME SUPPORT &
ADVANCED CARE

Level 3

Miracle Workers can also provide support and advanced care for those clients who require a greater degree of personal care in order to remain in their own homes

Terms of Business

Where a client agrees to the services of a Miracle Workers Agency carer, the client is deemed to have accepted our terms, thereby agreeing to abide by the Terms of Business in the accompanying Client Guide. The agency will continue to supervise the care plan and ensure it is adhered to and/or amended to meet clients’ needs.
