£115.00 per week. Temporary clients (less than six weeks) £125.00 per week.

Cost of Care

Night Care

Miracle Workers Agency does not offer a night service. However, from time to time it is possible to place a carer who will be willing to cover nights. On these occasions cost will be assessed on an individual basis.

Agency Fee

The agency fee covers the cost of assessment, placement of carers, ongoing client and carer review, Miracle Workers Agency’s insurance, carer training and security checks and an out-of-hours emergency service.

If Miracle Workers Agency pays the carer on behalf of the client a surcharge of 5% of the agency fee is payable. The agency fee is invoiced monthly in advance.

Travel

Mileage charge for travel is 30p per mile where the carer uses their own car. The charge for use by the client of the carer’s car is 35p per mile.

The carer’s fare to the assignment is payable by the client on presentation of their first invoice. Where carers are required to travel long distances (e.g. Scotland, Northern Ireland) travel may be charged both ways. Travel costs both ways are payable by the client on all short-term bookings up to 6 weeks.

Bank Holidays

Statutory Bank Holidays that operate in England and Wales are charged at double the carer’s daily rate. The agency fee remains unchanged.

Quality Assurance

Miracle Workers is committed to ensuring the highest standard of services provided and that it acts in the best interests of the client. We monitor client feedback carefully to make sure that the agency is delivering its objectives of providing a quality service and meeting National Minimum Standards. We adhere strictly to Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) Regulations. Our registered manager produces an annual report available to clients, their relatives or representatives, Miracle Workers staff and to the CIW.

Terms of Business

Where a client agrees to the services of a Miracle Workers Agency carer, the client is deemed to have accepted our terms, thereby agreeing to abide by the Terms of Business in the accompanying Client Guide. The agency will continue to supervise the care plan and ensure it is adhered to and/or amended to meet clients’ needs.
