MWA 5 day residential course provided by in-house and external trainers which includes:

• Ethos of Miracle Workers
• Dementia Awareness
• Palliative Care
• First Aid
• Manual Handling (theory & practical)
• Medication
• Care Plans
• Nutrition and Menu Planning
• Personal Care, Incontinence Management, Catheter Awareness
• SOVA (Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults)

We hold regular re-training courses, which ensure our carers maintain their compliance with CIW standards.
