Why join an agency?

Some carers choose to work privately for clients, imagining it to be quicker, easier, and better paid.

There are, in reality, distinct disadvantages of choosing private work as opposed to being placed with a client by an agency, such as Miracle Workers Agency.

  • We ensure you receive the correct rate of pay, and good living conditions.
  • We provide on-going support, and can be replied upon to work with you to make sure you are satisfied at work.
  • We offer a very competitive pay structure.
  • We organise your UK Criminal Records Bureau enhanced disclosure (necessary to work in the care industry).
  • We pride ourselves on our in-depth knowledge of both our clients and carers.  We are therefore able to match the right client with the right carer, thus ensuring everyone is happy.
  • We provide continuity of work (if a client dies or circumstances change we can offer a new assignment to be taken up directly, or after a break).
  • Working through MWA ensures you are covered by our Employers’ Liability Insurance, Public/Products Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
